Delivery term
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. The order is - in most cases - delivered the next day by the parcel service. It is possible that certain items are unexpectedly not in stock, so that the delivery time can increase. We ask for your understanding for this. In any case, we will inform you in good time when this is the case (and it is often stated on the website), and we will offer you suitable alternatives in consultation - or refund your amount within 14 days.
Force majeur
Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Aveta, because it is not due to its fault. Aveta is not liable for any damage if this is caused by a failure resulting from force majeure. In the event of force majeure, Aveta has the right to suspend an order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention. We will inform you of this. It is possible that a product is not immediately available from stock. If the expected delivery time is more than 7 days, you will be notified and you can cancel the order free of charge. Amounts already paid will then be credited within 14 days.
Payment of the products must be made in advance via iDeal or Paypal. If your payment has not been received after 3 days, you will receive a reminder by e-mail. Please note that products from your order are specially reserved for you, which means that they cannot be sold to third parties, so it is important for us to pass on in time if your order needs to be cancelled.
As long as the payment has not yet been paid and processed, the order can be canceled free of charge. If payment has already been made by transfer to our account and we have not yet processed your order, the order can be canceled free of charge and the full total amount will be credited to your account within the legal period of 14 days. Once the order has been shipped, art. 5 in effect. Your order will be reserved for a maximum of 7 days.
The customer has the right to return products within 14 working days after receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with the law "remote purchasing". This period of 14 days starts the moment the articles are received by you.
If it appears that you have not used items ordered related to water birth (birth baths and accessories such as water birth kit, personal cover, gloves, etc.), please contact us to discuss the options for return. If unused and in the original packaging, these can - after consultation - often also be returned after 14 days. We think it is important that you can live peacefully towards the birth. If unused, we are happy to make someone else happy. The condition for returning the order is that you inform Aveta by e-mail prior to the return shipment.

The return payment concerns the purchase amount of the products, which must be offered unused and undamaged, in the original packaging. The return payment will be made within 14 days after Aveta has received the returned goods. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer sends the shipment unstamped, the costs incurred plus administration costs will be charged to the customer.
