1. Select products
You click on the desired product group of our range or on the photos in the middle, then you enter the first field. Here you will find all products of the selected product group. Click on a picture or on the description of one of these products to view more product information or enter the quantity and click on "order" to place the product directly in the shopping cart.
2. Shopping cart
When you click on order you add products to the shopping cart. You can then simply continue shopping by using the “continue shopping” button or by repeating the steps in point 1. You can immediately see what the shipping costs are in the shopping cart. Choose the delivery country and the desired payment method. Do you have a discount code? Then you can enter it here. Then click on “order these items” .
3. Place order
All fields on the data page with an * are required fields. We ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you have filled in all the fields, click on “Continue”. You are now on the control page where you can see all articles and your information in a clear overview. Are all data correct? Then click on “Definite order”. We will then send you the confirmation by e-mail about your order with Aveta.
You can make your payment via iDeal (iDeal payment is possible via ABN AMRO, ABN AMRO -formerly Fortis Bank NL-, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank and Triodos Bank), or Paypal.
5. Shipping and packaging costs
If you pick up the order (only by appointment) you do not pay shipping costs.

To save the environment, we sometimes use previously used boxes and packaging material.

6. Delivery of your order
Once your payment has been received, we will ship your order with PostNL. A package can always be followed with a track and trace code. In the event of no response, the package will be offered again and then it will be delivered to your neighbors (indicate this with your order if you do not want the package to be offered to neighbors). If there is no answer twice, you can pick up the package at a PostNL collection point. The general terms and conditions of Aveta apply to every order .
7. Delivery time
When an order is placed on working days, the package is usually delivered the next day. An order placed on Saturday will be delivered after the weekend. It is possible that certain items are unexpectedly not in stock, so that the delivery time can increase. We ask for your understanding for this. In any case, we will inform you in good time when this is the case (and it is often stated on the website), and we will offer you suitable alternatives in consultation - or refund your amount within 14 days.
If you need the order in the short term, please let us know and we will see what extra we can do to ensure that the products come your way quickly. The right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You can also remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging, in the case of CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs or software, contains a seal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has received the product. If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part.
Once you have agreed a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the first product.
We request that you return the product unused and in the original packaging as much as possible.
After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the forwarding, within fourteen days. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree another method with us. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
Exclusion right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons, such as personal hygienic covers for the birth baths, the transparent supply hose, navel items and obstetric gloves.
- Business customers.
